Hi Im using a script provided by BorealisLite (NoDarksMflatMbiasNostack) and if i run it and then proceed to stacking, with no changes what so ever, all good. I get an image id expect to see and one I can then move on to stretch. But, if i run it, then use the plot tab to remove unwanted frames, then stack, I end up with a complete black image on red green and blue channels and a complete white image in the RGB. When i look at the console, everything looks the same on both results, except on the all white image the background noise values are different.
Stack with a few images removed returns these values - white screen in rgb

Do you have any suggestions. Everything is the same EXCEPT the removal of a couple of frames
