From the looks of the shore lights I assume it was darker than lighter (late blue hour). I wasn’t wild about the foreground but wasn’t able to crop it totally out without getting too severe. So I tried to balance it a bit with a gradient on the upper left. Pushed highlights / mids a tad warmer and shadows cooler.
Cropped off the buildings to the left as they were distracting to my eye.
This took a few segfaults. And a lot of fiddling with contrast equaliser, DorS, retouch, AgX (those light reflections on the left did not wanna cooperate)
An image where I found benefit to clipping to Rec2020 in input colour profile, because it makes DorS act nicer with the bright little lights. It doesn’t seem to have noticeable negative impact on this one.
