Exporting and printing

So I have been slowly getting my head around vkdt of late and there is a lot I like! I am a little puzzled about the lack of .tiff export ability though.

Any image I think is important lives a life on paper as opposed to a screen. Normally, I export images in tiff formats because there is no way (yet) for me to print from OSS editing software. So…is there any plan for tiff formats at some unknown point in the future? Or does anyone have recommendations on vkdt export formats that work just as well?

You can use OpenEXR or PFM → tiff

I thought I tried to open/convert exr to tiff via Gimp (2.10?) and there was an issue. I will revisit that once I get back to my desktop tomorrow.

Maybe try image magick for the conversion.
