I am running Siril 1.2.4 on MacOS Sequoia (15.0.1), Mac Silicon (M2). For a while I have been running my processing on an external drive that is 2 TB, and has 500GB free space. This seems to be working for processing and stacking (at least on earlier version of Siril). However, I am now seeing that Siril only sees the free internal hard disk space (50GB). This is the case even when I select the Siril home folder as on the external drive. So, I can select files on the external drive, but it does not seem to read the free disk space on that drive. Is this a problem with this particular version of Siril? Is it due to the latest MacOS update to 15.0.1? I have ensured that I have external drive access for Siril, but it does not seem to help.
Have you granted permissions for siril to read the external disk in the macOS preferences?
Hello. Siril 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 have a bug in the disk space evaluation with macOS. I would recommend to use 1.2.2 instead. Sorry for that.

Could it be possible to test one version I give you ?
Hi confirming the disk space issue still exists in 1.2.4 on MacOS with apple silicon, reverted to version 1.2.1 and no issue with external drive
Yes. We know. The bug has just been fixed this week
