I been writing some scripts for my processes and the Scripts menu starts to get long with the default scripts, and others that I’ve downloaded. It would be cool if we could have sub-menus for our custom scripts. Maybe something as easy as creating a subfolder in the scripts folder and adding our scripts there. Then the software would detect those subfolders, and add them as the submenus?
Hello, if you have several subdirectories, you should enter them in the list of directories where siril looks for the scripts, that way you can add them when needed.
We could create subfolders indeed, but you’re not supposed to have that many in the first place, it will not be useful for most users.
Understood. I don’t have a lot of sub directories though. Just thinking about 2 things. Organization within the Scripts menu, and when I provide some scripts to others I could provide them with folder in the zip file that would then be organized for them when loaded. No big deal. It was just a thought
