File saving error

Hello.

I have recently downloaded RawTherapee and I am absolutley loving its interface. I plan to use it a lot more…

ONLY!

if I can get the software to save the proccessed images. I use a Windows 10 SAMSUNG laptop and I have tried using both RAWTHERAPEE 5 32 bit and 64 bit. Both versions have failed to save an image by giving me a popup screen that says saving failed.

I tried saving both ORF files and regular JPG files and it still would not work.

Any words of wisdom? Thank you!

Can you post a screenshot of the error? Are you sure you have write permissions for the location you’re trying to save to?

If all else fails, please read this page on how to write a good bug report.
