I just downloaded and compiled the newest RT source code several minutes ago and observed an issue of film simulation.
The film simulation does nothing but just make the image darker. If the strength is set to be 100, the image will be totally dark.
Did you download the zip file of film simulation CLUTs?
Yes, I downloaded the zip file a long time ago. They worked perfectly until I compiled RT using the newest source code.
Bug confirmed. I will take a look.
Now it works again…
