Filmulator missing raw file crashes fixed

I’ve just eliminated a whole bunch of crashes that I should have fixed ages ago: if you try to process an image that is currently inaccessible.

In the past it would immediately crash upon selecting an inaccessible image to edit, but now it checks for the presence of the file and if it’s not available it displays a warning message with an orange pulsing background above the image, telling the user which file (full path) is not accessible.

I also fixed the occasional garbage image shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and filename that would be displayed in the Filmulate tab on launching before selecting an image.

In addition I tweaked the vertical spacing of the metadata display above the image, which was visually impacted by the new white divider line from the tab restyling.
