Filter images by exif field value in digikam

I have a big collection of image stacks. The only indication that a file is part of a stack is the inclusion of the field FocusBracketStepSize in the metadata. Otherwise, stack images follow the same naming scheme, and are in the same folder, as single (non-stack) images shot during the same session.

Is there a way to get digikam to filter an album to only show images with this field set to a non-zero value? Or is there another tool that does support this?

Even better would be grouping files together that are part of the same stack, but I don’t see anything in the metadata that indicates which files are part of a given stack, other than they have consecutive names (i.e., P0610001.jpg, P0610002.jpg, …).

XnView MP has an excellent search engine which does exactly as needed. It can search based on exif and also IPTC keywords at the same time. It can be set to not only search a top folder but all folders contained therein.
