For a while there was a rumor for a 33mm f/1.0 … then it became a 50mm f/1.0 … where i didnt get why they were doing that, as they already have the 56/1.2

Today I had some time to test it side by side with Fujinon 35/1.4:

For the time being I don’t see any dramatic difference in background rendering, however, Voigtländer seems to be much crisper even wide open.

Also an interesting observation – given the same light and exposure settings, the image (even in RAW) from Fuji’s native lens is noticeably brighter. I adjusted it in post.
