Ben Heine I’m not; filter guy I am. Used Voronoi Stippler for the dot placement but heavily preprocessed using GIMP/G’MIC to guide the dots to the pattern shown (and colorize the dots too).

I like it! The yellow really pops off the black and the stipple size gives a nice sense of depth. Nice job.
