I took a look at your image in the latest 4.3 build of DT. I applied denoise (profiled) and activated the raw denoise module. This reduced the noise considerably but I really struggled to eliminate the noise. I wonder what modules others are having success with if at all.

I personally use the default values chosen by denoise profile which identifies the camera and the ISO used. This sets it to wavelets and preserves the detail well. On very noisy images I may increase the strength to 1.5. I sometimes use raw denoise, but usually have to turn down the noise threshold to preserve details. Astrophoto denoise can be good for tackling the remaining luma noise as well. Diffuse or sharpen module preset for denoise fine is worth a look as well. Contrast equalizer module has some nice presets to reduce noise as well.
Sometimes if you can’t beat the noise switch it to an advantage by using the grain module to simulate film grain which can be more artistically pleasing than digital noise. That is what I have done with the image posted here.

Very hard to get good colors in this one, so just get rid of them. Also, instead of smoothing over, I added grain, trying to emphasize the light and scene.

I used DT 4.2 with two instances of denoise(profiled), one with wavelets and one with non-local means. Together, they remove all noise.
