I found the colours quite challenging - was it shot under floodlights?
Color EQ was needed to tweak the skin tones in line.
BTW you should attach a licence to the post if you want people to edit, otherwise technically we don’t have the right to download and edit.

nice shot, here my two minutes edit in RT 5.12. After applying the camera profile, I think the most important function here is the auto-dehaze in RAW-Tab (poor man dehaze by ingo) ,then auto CA, brighten and remove blue fringe. Thats all.
