Two minor questions, now:
1- is it possible to have the parameter in % intead of absolute value?
in great images the fuzzyness looks amost unnoticeable
2- (maybe an error?) when applied to an image fully transparent, the non-white part of the fuzzy takes the gimp background color *see example
