Hello team,
I tried to developp my Fujifilm XT3 RAW file : it’s a RAF type file. When opening this RAF file, the picture has black borders:
This issue exists on previous Rawtherapee version too.
Here is the uname -a output:
Linux nikos-desktop-hera 4.15.18-acso #1 SMP Thu Apr 19 13:38:37 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

What version of RT? Make sure you’re using the lateat 5.8.

Hello @heckflosse ,
Please find a Fujifilm XT3 RAF file as requested:
_DSF3425.RAF (43.9 MB)
Best regards,
Nikos
Thank you
Did you set the camera to a different mode? 16:9 or something else?

This X-T3 feature could be the culprit:
The X-T3 has an additional feature called Sports Finder which crops the sensor by 1.25x once again. The screen displays bright frame lines to show the effective area but doesn’t crop the native field of view of the sensor, which means you can see your subject before it actually enters the frame. My bad !
It was my fault. Sorry for this non-issue
I reseted to default factory settings and the cropped issue is no more.
Again, sorry for this non issue.

If this was due to the sports crop feature, it was not your fault. It means that RT does not (yet) support this feature.
