I think you’re just missing a good crop, otherwise it looks really nice.
I agree with @paperdigits on the crop. There’s a lot in that frame. Here’s a quick attempt with old school dt 2.6.2 (I’m not going 3.0+ until I have a chance to replace my rickety HDD).
Honestly, I wanted to crop a lot more tightly than this. There is some really interesting architecture in some of the buildings that you tend not to notice in the presence of so many buildings. BTW, I expect the rail at the top of the tower looks a lot different in 2020 than it did in 2018. Quite the crowd.

Crop is your most powerful tool, always
Just testing the multiply mask, plus bird removal. (2nd try, less blue)

Nice shot! Here’s my quick take
Edit: Can I get a sanity check? Is it too hdr looking with all this contrast etc?
Nice photo! Cropping away the buses really helps a lot
RT 5.8 NewLocallab
I love both
Maybe I should travel to Instanbul after the COVID-19 crisis. Looks interesting.

Thanks man
Idk, I left for an hour and came back to see the images, and something is off. Too sharp, too contrasty or something. It looks more like Italy than Turkey (not that I’ve ever been to Turkey).
Hm, actually when I look at it in bigger size it’s fine. Oh well xD
Could almost be a snow globe.
It’s late and I’m tired, so I may hate it tomorrow, but here’s my quick attempt with some basic adjustments in DT and then a sky replacement, crop, and LUT in GIMP:
Here is the sky I used if anyone is interested:
Wow. Really brings out the mood.
