Here are some additions to the tutorial, whose purpose, I remind you, is “learning by example” and not to obtain the most beautiful image possible.
I have added the option to use “AgX” in Generalized Hyperbolic Stretch (GHS).

Just a reminder to locate where AgX is in GHS
I’ve slightly adjusted the ‘Stretch factor (D)’ and ‘Local intensity (b)’ settings. You’ll notice a different distribution of light and subtle changes in colorimetry. By default, the system is set with Matrix AgX enabled.
Note: I don’t use the term ‘AgX blender’, but GHS with AgX; it’s obviously not the same thing.
I’ve added an extra section to the tutorial. In this very rocky image, vegetation is almost nonexistent. We’re going to show how to make it more visible.
Highlighting the sparse vegetation
I open a fourth RT-Spot in ‘Full image’ mode, so that the entire image is affected. Of course, I could have limited the affected area.

I place the center of the Spot over a vegetated area.

I reduce the size of the Spot’s center (the one used to measure the reference color).
Then I added ‘Add tool to current spot…> Color & Light’.

I reduce ‘Scope’ to a very small value (of course, you can change it), and visualize the effect with ‘Preview Delta E’.

I increased the ‘Chrominance’ and adjusted the ‘Color correction grid’.
