If any ArchLinux users here, I’ve spotted a bug with the 2.10.2-2 package (raw import via Darktable broken) and reported it in on the Arch bugtracker yesterday. The issue was confirmed and fixed and a 2.10.2-3 package should hit the Extra repo soon.
A temporary quickfix to tide you over is to downgrade to 2.10.2-1 (from your pacman cache) and then copy /usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/file-exr to a backup directory. Then reinstall 2.10.2-2 (again pacman cache) and copy the backup copy of the fileloader back to its proper directory(ies)
