GIMP changes R-channel, when it should not

Hello,
there seems to be a bug in GIMP. I load a 4-channel (RGBA) TIF image into GIMP and export it as a TIF. Then nothing should happen, of course. But the R-cannel is changed in the output image, the others not. Example is given here.

The problem is still there in GIMP 2.10.4. However, RGB-TIFs are exported correctly. So it seems that the issue is only with RGBA-TIFs.
