If you don’t mind, I’ve added your CLUTs in the G’MIC filter “Colors / Colors Presets”, in your own new category “Michael Ezra”.

EDIT: in G’MIC, every CLUT is (lossly) compressed to save space (we already provide 864 different CLUTs in the plug-in), so the result of the G’MIC filter may be slightly different than using your original HaldCLUT (thus not so perceptible hopefully).
