HaldCLUT collection not downloading

I’d like to use film simulation, but when I go to the Rawpedia site: Film Simulation - RawPedia and attempt to download the collection of files, it gives a short download animation, but doesn’t actually download.

Does anyone know how to solve this or have the file?
