RawTherapee can handle Lightroom catalogs?
If not there´s some software to do this?

I don’t know what a Lightroom catalog is, but if LR is set to write the metadata to XMP sidecar files, then I think Digikam should be able to read and import them (you have to set Digikam to import metadata from XMP sidecars in the preference). RawTherapee doesn’t do this yet.
But in the next version of Digikam, you should be able to manage you collections in Digikam, and process the raw files in RawTherapee -DK will talk with RT-.
