Can you explain more about why the rename is required. RT does not ignore the Canon EOS 1D TIF raws. Here’s one of those, in case it’s helpful.C6CE3158.TIF (4.0 MB)
Because RT does not see it as a raw file but just as an image like a jpeg. You can see this if you try to set the demosaic method
As a matter of fact, it turns out that supporting raws with tiff extension was a 10-line change, so I just did that.

Thanks! Tried this yesterday, and it looks good for both the Kodak and the Canon TIFs.
