Hola Buenos dias , soy nuevo y viendo en las ayudas a rotar una capa , una imagen despues varias rotacion noto que la imagen esta boroso . que hago que no esta bien ?

Which program are you talking about? Rotating can be done in many different ones.

Can you give us more details about what you are doing?
If I just rotate the layer 360 degrees in multiple steps I end up with the same, sharp, image (using GIMP 2.10.22).
I also tried to force a rounding “error” so that a full turn would be 1 pixel out of phase: I’m not able to do so.
So please tell us which steps you took to get this blurry end-result.
This can’t be correct. Do you mean GIMP 2.10.23?
