Here’s the problem:
9882 instead of 9982
I love the shot you posted by accident though! @Thomas_Do
My edit - I decided to go more dramatic! I find the RGB brightness sliders in color calibration very powerful for some things. In this case I dropped blue and raised red which helped the building stand out much better.
This is a pretty severe crop. Dropped the sky a bit, brought up the yellows just a tiny bit, brought up the white breast feathers a little and added a little local contrast to the post and birds to bring them forward a tad.
I had to resist the urge to go overboard here. This kind of sky just begs to be hammered! I tried to give it that “not yet stormy but it’s coming” look without too much saturation and contrast. Also cropped a bit.
I’m kind of on the other side – To me, a lot of my processing looks a bit dark / dull and doesn’t have any “glow”. But then again, I’m not looking to create Thomas Kincade paintings every time, so … ?? Dunno.
