How to animate counting numbers?

In Adobe AfterEffects, it is possible to animate counted numbers:

How can it be done in Natron? And can it be done with dots for each three digit groups?
I have not found any internet guidance about it yet.

Use the text node to create each column (1, 2, 3, 4…) then use the ‘Roll’ node to move the numbers up and down (and add blur etc if you want to).
