How to change default color space?

I’v changed color space in a camera body to Adobe RGB, but can’t find setting for default output color space. It’s sRGP by default, yes? I’m using version for GTK3 - 4.2.1163.

It is in Preferences > Color Management.

Without double checking, I believe the output color space is under the Color Management tab in the Editor. Not under Preferences.

Here is pref → color management

mikesan, i.e. in every save I have to point what color space I need?

Read the Processing Profiles section.

@Nick
Look at your screenshot of the Preferences > Color Management. There is NO entry for output profile.

This is where you set your output profile. I believe the setting is sticky, so you don’t have to set it for each save.

Default is ‘ProPhoto’ for ‘Working Profile’ and ‘RT_sRGB’ for ‘output profile’. Different choices are not sticky iirc. To use sticky values, save a pp3 with them and apply it to your files.

Ingo is quite correct. Under Preferences > Image Processing > Default Processing Profiles: you must ensure that the pp3 files you specify have been saved with your choosen output profile selected.
