Hi, when I’m there, I stay here. I have also another question:
I can export pictures as cursors (*.cur). But for a really needful cursor I need to define a hotspot-pixel. Is there a way in Gimp to do this? I didn’t find.

Hi! There should be a dialogue that appears when you export .cur. One of the fields lets you set the hotspot.
EDIT: See screenshot here: 5.13. Export Image as Microsoft Windows Cursor
You can set the hotspot per frame for .ani files too.

It works. I have to hover over the pixel I want to make it the hotspot, so it shows me down there the coordination. And this I put to the dialog. i just known it like to select the pixel right in the picture by click on it.
Glad it worked! Yes, there’s a feature request to enhance the hotspot selector: Better Cursor Hot Spot picker for exports to the CUR and ANI file format (#8480) · Issues · GNOME / GIMP · GitLab
