How to enable OpenMP for Noise Reduction In SiriL?

Hi, when I try to Denoise with DA3D, I get the message; “OpenMP not available. The DA3D algorithm will run in a single thread.” in the SiriL Console.

My conf:
SiriL v1.2.3
MacOS Sonoma 14.5
OpenMP (libomp) 18.1.8 (installed with Brew install libomp)

Hello, please download again version 1.2.3 for mac, a new file was created that enables this.
