how to flag a user's reply?

Hi!

I made a topic to get info on Natron and some user answered in what would be considered “bad behaviour” under the guidelines. It says I should flag these things but I don’t get how to “flag” a post. Is there supposed to be a button for it or do I need to message a moderator?

on the same line as the reply icon there’s a flag icon. i think it’s that
