How to force a CFA bayer pattern if it's missing in the FITS header

It turns out the new Lucky Imaging plugin in NINA causes the FITS to not have the CFA bayer pattern in the header. SIRIL doesn’t like that if I try to debayer during calibration. How do I force a debayer pattern in SIRIL? I’m used to Astro Pixel Processor and you can force any pattern on a sequence of lights.

Go in preferences and set debayer options as you need:
