I’m also late to the party, but I just noticed the denoise comment from @Terry, and thought I’d share what I’m doing.

For denoising, I’m noticing that a number of my low-ISO, high-contrast images look over-processed (loss of detail) with default “profiled” denoise settings, especially in the shadows. Hopefully it’s not because I borked my installation - it seems to run ok.
I’ve saved a preset for chroma* denoising using wavelets mode that I’m starting to use with such images:
In some images there is some residual luma* noise, as with this image, so I sometimes add a 2nd instance of denoise with another preset using “non-local means.” This has done the trick for several of my images, and was what I used here:
