How to Import / open RAW Files in 4.6

Up until now, I have manually copied the images into a directory, read it in and then continued working in the darkroom. With the new version (4.6) on a new computer (Windows 11), this no longer seems to work.

Can you provide screenshot or clarify, please? That is exactly how I use 4.6.1 works on Windows 10 and 11.

4.6 had an issue with recursive imports, but that was fixed in 4.6.1. And the new version is actually 4.8, which was released 2 days ago: darktable 4.8.0 released.
