How to keep Shuffle output after creating a PyPlug?

Hi!
I am creating a simple tool to control light passes created in a 3d software.
Everything is working good, but after I export it as PyPlug I lost the Shuffle pass output, probably because there is nothing linked to it when created.
Do you guys know a way to separate the passes by name? or make it work for an specific pass name? That way I can use any render that has a correct pass name.

Maybe looking at the community pyplug that separate exr layers may help you.
