The log of Queue Batch manager is truncated, and it is not really possible to determine the cause of the errors if explanatory sentences are incomplete, as you can see in this thread I opened a few moments ago.
The BQM is actually not suitable for what you intend to do, since you would overwrite or duplicate your files, depending on the setting. The BQM always needs a new file at $OUTPUT. If your script doesn’t create a new file, you must first copy $INPUT to $OUTPUT in the script.
