how to turn off the auto rotation from raw images

when i edit the raw images in Rawtherappy and export an jpg file. i got this error from the other software.
when i edit the images in photoshop i didnt get the same error.

Hi there, i dont know anything about the mentioned software you are exporting to. I may be wrong, but may be, switching off any lens correction or distortion correction in RawTherapee could help.

Are all the photos the same orientation (all landscape or all portrait)?
