  1. why is your title a discuss link?
  2. if this should be a play raw why isnt it in the play raw category with a proper license information and a description.

@Damian_J if you would have opened the thread in Play Raw category you would have seen this:

tbh I would have waited with the move until we knew it was really an intentional post and not some misclicks.

We discussed with him already in the thread he chose as title for this one. So I’m quite sure this is intentional.

@Damian_J , there’s probably little point to this topic if you don’t provide a reference, that is, output from RT that you prefer. Without that, it may become a question of taste (how you like your images to be sharpened, and how other like it), not about whether it is possible to match/approximate RT’s (excellent, there’s no doubt about that) sharpening with darktable.
