Some hints about how to make visible the invisible:
Not too technical but it gives a hint as to how they “produce” these beautiful images from Webb’s raw data, by means of what they call “representative colors”.
Maybe @lock042 has something to add about it.
I heard the Webb took 12.5 hours for that images - and a less detailed image of the same spot by Hubble took 2 weeks. Most exciting is that this is just the beginning.
