I have been waiting a long time for local adjustments in RT, but was waiting until it became more mature before trying it out. I will say that it takes a bit to wrap your head around the interface but it it is very powerful. A big shout out to @Andy_Astbury1 for his videos to get me started.
Here is my first attempt at playing with it.

Edit: Forgot to mention my changes. The edited one softens the background and adds some warm glow from the fire.
