I want to change the extended overlay text for thumbnails. Where can I find the tags?

I’ve been looking all over the 4.2 manual. It says look in the manual so I searched for “tags” and “text” but didn’t come up with anything.

Got to be in there somewhere.

Any hints? Many thanks.
