Doesn’t look as vibrant and the reds are not saturated as much as my jpg in my viewers, XnView and IrfanView. Just calibrated my monitor, so I was expecting a better match.

It is very likely that your colors are correct. My monitor has never been calibrated.
All colors are correct, they don’t necessarily have to match.

took a colour cue from @ThomasM, upped the vibrance, darkened the ground and gave it a bit of a crop

Hyper-saturated and a bit dreamy. That’s what I went for, anyway. Thanks for the play; just haven’t had any spark of late; sad since Christmas is coming up soon. Might get some motivation to play more; we shall see.

This is the perfect photo! It has such a wide range of colors, almost in the same space of tones. It’s something that could be taken as the quintessence of a tone on tone shot. Impressive, and even more impressionist! You could imagine a Monet, a Renoir, a Degas behind it. No need for shrooms here to join the psychedelic chromatic trip.

Just a quick edit, but the original photo was better than my edit.
