Is there a way to make an image slideshow in Natron? Where they fade in and out?
Natron is far from the most efficient way of doing this but yes, create merge nodes where A is the image that you want to fade in overtop B, and keyframe the mix parameter from 0-100 when you want the image to fade in, then continue to do that for the rest of your images.
Hmm. Would be nice to have this sort of thing as a default feature in natron.
This is more of a result that stems from Natron not having a proper timeline (because it’s meant to be used with a single shot) and not being meant for this task. An editing program would be much better suited for what you want to do.
