I’m using RT 5.10. I’m a surveyor, so I work in Degrees, Minutes, Seconds. RT works in hundreths of a unit, which I assumed is “Minutes”. I also assume that the decimal of a degree and not 1/60 of a degree. But! Using extremely fine rotations are not working out. I have been going back and forth for days, trying to rotate an image to GPS points( I can derive very accurate, needed angles). I’m beginning to wonder if the hundreths that RT works with, might be of Radians or military “Mils”, (400 degrees instead of 360 degrees) … otherwise I don’t know why 0.12 with is the very near decimal of 7 minutes and 8 seconds, rotation, does not agree … same problem with every rotation correction.
