Forgot to add Linux Mint 18.3 cinnamon, running earlier 0.9.24 OK.

Forgot to add Linux Mint 18.3 cinnamon

The version of Python in Linux Mint 18.3 is no longer supported by the python developers, nor by me. It’s too old and out of date.
