Integrate automated builds into HDRMerge GitHub project

Hey @Carmelo_DrRaw @HIRAM @gaaned92

While updating the HDRMerge homepage I came across a problem with supplying links to Linux, Windows and macOS builds for the latest release and for the latest master. Ideally, I would like to be able to not have to update these links ever again, so we need either to integrate the automated build process into github.com/jcelaya/hdrmerge or at least to have a constant URL where users can download latest release + dev builds.

@Carmelo_DrRaw you did a great job integrating automated Windows (and AppImage) builds of RawTherapee , could the same be done for HDRMerge?

@HIRAM do you create the macOS build manually? Could this be integrated into travis as well? If not, would it be possible for you to provide a fixed URL for latest_stable and latest_master?

The HDRMerge AppImages are already built and deployed via Travis CI: Release Automated Builds · jcelaya/hdrmerge · GitHub

So far I have not done any attempt at building a Windows version…

If it can help, from now, all my HDRMerge windows64 builds will be uploaded at

@gaaned92 yes, that would help a lot!
