Is there a Radial Filter in darktable, ART, RT et al?

I was watching a Henry Turner video and he used lightroom for his landscapes. He obtained an impressive sky using LR radial filter where the sun was brightest by increasing the colour temp. Is there anything similar that can be acheived in any of the software packages here?

Yes, I think you can easily achieve the same effect in all 3 apps you mention

Yes in dakrtbale, there is a circle or an ellipse mask on almost every module. I’d use color balance or color zones.

Henry says “this effect is subtle, it brings in some warmth”… But there is nothing subtle about it. :wink:
