Is there a way to get back ICONS of the top drop-menu bar??

Hi community!
I like everything in the new one other that one and MOST IMPORTANT TO ME thing. I discovered all these icons on the top drop-menu that existed in 2.10.38 version have gone!:flushed: I provide you with my precise screenshot https://images2.imgbox.com/15/fd/ObkO8QMq_o.jpg
For example, I want to add some dialogs in the menu “Windows/Dockable dialogs” and see no icons only text heading of tools. That’s awful to me because I didn’t need to read heading tools in 2.10.38 v. And the second reason, 3 month later I just started learning Gimp.
:pray:Could you help me with this? Maybe some plugin for that?? If this in not possible to revert that I just have to roll back to previous version.
Give me response “yes or not”, please.

(For now using portable Gimp 2.10.38 on my Win-10 (64 bit) and Win-7 (64 bit) )

hi and welcome! can you please share you OS and how you installed/are using gimp?
