Is there a way to set the output directory of Entangle?

It is currently set to ~/Pictures/Capture but I can’t tell if its me in a long time past or a default. I have not found a way to set this in the UI or in the CLI arguments, and it’s not the working directory in the .desktop file. Lost cause, use a link or did I overlook something?

Digging a little through the code, I found this:

  • ~/XDG_PICTURE_DIR/Capture is a default
  • Entangle uses gnome gsettings to store stuff

Try the following and go from there:

_$ gsettings list-recursively org.entangle-photo.manager

Disclaimer: I have not used or installed Entangle myself, so this is as far as my knowledge goes.

Definitely some Windows Registry vibes here. Got it sorted. Thanks for the hints.
