Is there any rewriting instruction of python-fu scripts?

I wrote some Python-fu scripts and plugins for Ver. 2.10. And I would like to rewrite for Ver.2.99.x. .
However, as far as I searched for the explanation about the rewriting procedure, I could only find fragmentary information, and I can not go to GIMP 2.99.x.
Anyone know of a good explanation for it or plans to publish it?

As far as I understand, the v3 documentation is still a work in progress and incomplete. They will no doubt address this during the v3 release phase.
