SiriL has an issue with debayering Pentax k5’s RAW files (PEF & DNG), even though I overwrited the bayer array .
The preview colors appear normal before loading the file.

Don’t compare. Preview is displayed with white balance on.
You can share a raw file if you want.

other software all can get the right color

This green tint is quite normal. All the software you mention are daylight image software, not astronomy software.
